like to bid on, or have something you would like to sell, you will first need to

A: No. You are not obligated to buy or sell anything by registering. Feel free to stop by any time and look around. If you see something you would like to bid on, or decide you have something you would like to sell, you can do so easily as a registered user. Remember, Registration is Free and Easy.

A: Simply fill out and submit our Change Profile form. We recommend that you consider this carefully, as your password will be very important.

Q: How can I change my e-mail address information? |

A: You can change your e-mail address information by clicking here. There are 2 steps to this process. First, we will ask you to provide your old e-mail address or User ID, your password and your new e-mail address. The system will then send you an email to verify your new e-mail address.

Q: How can I change my address or phone number information? |

A: You can review change or update your contact information by clicking here. You must provide true and correct information at all times. Providing false information may result in the temporary suspension of your account until you provide us with true and correct contact information.

A: Through our advanced search facility, you can look for specific items by name or item number, a specific seller or bidder, and much more.

Q: What does the number in parentheses next to a person's User ID or e-mail address mean?

A: This number indicates the user's current total feedback rating. You can view any user's feedback profile by clicking on the number in parentheses. A user's feedback rating number changes whenever a new feedback comment has been left about that user. This number may increase or decrease, based on what type of comment has been left. A positive comment will increase this number by +1-point. A neutral comment will not change this number. A negative comment will decrease this number by -1 point.

Q: How do I bid on an item I am interested in? |

A: Once you have found an item you would like to bid on, go to the bidding section, located at the bottom of the listing, and place your bid in the appropriate box.
Remember, you must complete the Registration Process, before you can begin bidding.

Q: How do I leave a feedback comment about my experience with another registered user? |
|
A: Just go to your won/closed auction items and you will then be able to click on the option to leave feedback on a user for the specific closed item. Remember, once you leave feedback you may not go back and change it.

Q: I have something I would like to sell. What do I do? |

A: This is a charity auction site to benefit AWB Chapters. Only AWB team members can place items on this auction to sell and the proceeds will be used to provide MnemeTherapy services. If you would like to form a team to raise funds for these valuable services, click here to register on our website: http://artwithoutboundaries.org Once back on this site, click on AUCTION . You can register to become a supporter and return to this site. Then click the link at the top of the page that says SELL.
Q: Can I list donated items?
A:If you are listing a donated item that can only be used in your area, such as a restaurant coupon, please put it under the Local items category and put the area where it can be used. With donated items, your team will receive the proceeds, not the team of the bidder.
Q: Is this safe? How do I know I will get what I pay for?
A: We do not share or sell your information. We use Paypal to receive payments. The transaction is handled on the Paypal secure website and we never see the credit card information. We used trusted vendors who are in the business of providing items for charity auctions. We cannot, however be responsible for items listed under "Local Items." These items have been donated to teams in your area. We can provide the contact information of the listing team so you can deal with them directly.
